Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Anaheim, California within 3 to 5 business days after you place your order online through our website.Customers receive tracking immediately upon dispatch. Signature confirmation is required on high-value shipments. Order cut off time is 1 pm Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed online after the cut off time will be treated as a next business day order and might still take 3-5 business days to process. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends and if your order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed during the next business day. We experience high volume of orders regularly and might require longer processing and handling periods. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your items to be delivered before you schedule any installations with your contractors. Due to high demand, certain products may require extended fulfillment times. Customers are notified proactively of any delay. We ship your products via FedEx, UPS and USPS Ground and Air Transit services depending on the delivery method you select. Usually, packages are delivered within 8 to 10 business days depending on distance and transit times. The transit times start once your order has shipped after our 3 to 5 business day order handling period. The delivery dates shown during checkout by FedEx or other mail carriers are only estimates and should not be considered as guaranteed delivery times. The actual delivery times can be obtained once the mail carrier picks up your order and scans the shipping label to provide you with a more specific delivery date. During times of higher order volumes and unforeseen shipping delays experienced by our shipping partners, processing and delivery times may be longer. We are always committed to getting your orders shipped as quickly as possible. We carefully package every order to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it was when it left our warehouse. We reserve the right to ship your orders with any mail carrier depending on service availability, shipment times and your location.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: All deliveries will be curbside only. If you ask FedEx or any other mail carrier for anything other than a regular curbside drop-off, you might incur charges and be billed directly by FedEx and other carriers. Please let us know if you have any special delivery requests prior to shipping. Orders weighing 150 lbs. or more will be palletized and delivered only during daytime hours. For orders weighing less than 150 lbs., we use a high load-bearing, self-forming foam in carton shipping boxes to protect your products from breakage during shipping. IMPORTANT: Tiles larger than 18”x18” can only be shipped via freight on a pallet or in a crate. Please do not order single box items larger than 18” without contacting us first. The carrier may call 1-2 days prior to the delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery. It is important to provide a valid phone number to avoid any delays in delivery. If you make an appointment with FedEx or any other carrier for your delivery and miss your appointment, the carrier will charge you a re-delivery fee of up to $265. Liftgate service will be required and pre-selected at checkout for all residential deliveries to safely lower the order from the truck to the ground. Liftgate service is required for business deliveries if access to a forklift, pallet jack, or loading dock is unavailable. Upon delivery, inspect the packaging and the contents of the package immediately for any signs of damage. Do not discard of any packaging material if damage is present. Take a picture of each area of damage and contact our customer service team immediately. If damage looks substantial, reject delivery of your packages and let FedEx or the carrier company take the items back. Please review our Returns Policy for detailed instructions.

We currently offer shipping to destinations within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. Territories, and any country outside the United States.
